东风科技公告，2025年8月22日，间接股东东风汽车集团股份有限公司与东风汽车集团(武汉)投资有限公司签署了《东风汽车集团(武汉)投资有限公司与东风汽车集团股份有限公司之吸收合并协议》，东风投资拟吸收合并东风集团股份。本次间接股东吸收合并完成后，东风投资将成为公司间接股东。本次间接股东吸收合并不会导致公司控股股东、实际控制人发生变化，不会对公司正常生产经营活动构成重大影响。
