2025年上半年，该集团实现合约销售金额约人民币28.70亿元，较去年同期的人民币48.12亿元下降40.4%。该集团累计交付12批次，2,453套新房，共计交付面积38余万平方米。
于2025年6月30日，集团土地储备总建筑面积约为7,475,064平方米，其中已竣工物业2,542,866平方米，持作投资的可租用面积1,025,377平方米，开发中物业3,906,821平方米。
