智通财经APP讯，中创智领(00564)发布2025年半年度报告，营业收入199.7亿元(人民币，下同)，同比增加5.42%;归母净利润25.15亿元，同比增加16.36%;基本每股收益1.427元。
公告称，2025年上半年国内煤炭市场呈现供需宽松态势，煤炭价格震荡下行，煤机设备市场需求下行压力增大，但加速向智能化、绿色化转型。在煤炭市场下行、市场竞争加剧的严峻形势下，公司煤机板块以用户需求为导向，积极创新求变，打造差异化的技术、产品和服务，增强市场竞争力;加快出海步伐，全力支持海外市场拓展，在主要产煤国获得广泛认可。
2025年上半年，煤机板块实现营业收入101.49亿元，利润同比稳定增长，继续发挥着集团压舱石的作用，海外市场订货额7.75亿元，同比增长137%，延续着高质量发展的良好态势。
