智通财经APP讯，康圣环球(09960)发布公告，李美仪女士已辞任(i)公司的联席公司秘书;(ii)香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则第3.05条所规定的公司授权代表;及(iii)上市规则第19.05(2)条及香港法例第622章公司条例第16部项下代表公司于香港接受送达法律程序文件及通知书的代理人，自2025年8月29日起生效。
继李女士辞任后，董事会欣然宣布，自2025年8月29日起，柴海节女士将担任公司的唯一公司秘书。涂赞兵先生获委任为授权代表，自2025年8月29日起生效。涂先生将与柴女士共同履行上市规则第3.05条项下授权代表的职责。
盘嘉盈女士已获委任取代李女士担任法律程序代理人，自2025年8月29日起生效。
