智通财经APP获悉，8月28日，天伦燃气(01600)公布了截至2025年6月30日的2025上半年业绩公告。公告显示，天伦燃气上半年营业总收入42.4亿元人民币，较去年同期38.35亿元人民币，同比增长10.6%，其中，销气业务收入同比提升12.8%，达到36.4亿元人民币，增值业务收入持续增长至2.3亿元人民币，同比大幅上升27.6%。
上半年，天伦燃气总销气量为12.68亿立方米，较去年同期11.00亿立方米，增长15.3%。其中，零售销气量为8.80亿立方米，保持稳定。毛差方面，公司通过积极开展顺价工作及持续的气源优化管理，综合销气价差提升人民币1分，零售销气利润保持稳健。
得益于天伦燃气长期稳定的派息政策，根据2025年8月28日的董事会决议，董事会宣布派发中期股息每股人民币4.60分，对应核心利润派息率35.0%。
