丽新发展(00488.HK) 旗下观塘Bal Residence，今日(25日)公布最新“120天灵活现金优惠付款计划”，最高折扣合共可达19.75%。
是次新推出之“120天灵活现金优惠付款计划”为买家提供更具弹性的成交期，结合首次加入的“提前成交优惠”现金回赠，让买方可按资金情况选择成交日期。此批单位折实售价扣除“提前成交优惠”现金回赠后由约472.65万至591.91万元，折实呎价介乎13,942至15,536元，折实均呎14,818元。
新价单将于下周五(29日)生效，并同日于恒安街18号Bal Residence地下1号及2号铺以先到先得形式发售。(sl/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
