Crazy Sports Group Limited has reported a decrease in revenue for the period, with significant declines in their main product lines. The paid sports information platform saw a revenue of approximately HK$97.9 million, marking a 21.7% decrease from the corresponding period in 2024. This decline is attributed to the cyclical nature of major sports events and the challenges posed by AI technology in the industry. In response, the Group has shifted its strategic focus to enhancing core capabilities, launching a beta version of their sports event prediction model, "Foretell," and expanding global partnerships with platforms like 360 Search and Baidu Mobile. Additionally, revenue from sports and leisure games decreased by 39.3%, amounting to a decline of approximately HK$30.2 million compared to the same period in 2024. This was due to a strategic focus on optimizing the business model and global market penetration, with overseas revenue accounting for 9.1% of gaming business revenue during the period. Despite the challenges, the Group reported an increase in the total number of platform users by 7.5% compared to the previous year, reaching 114.0 million users. Moving forward, the Group aims to leverage its technological advantages and content ecosystem to enhance user experience and operational efficiency, with the goal of increasing user scale and paid conversion rates.
