智通财经APP讯，希玛医疗(03309)发布公告，于2025年8月26日，公司附属公司希玛眼科医疗集团有限公司与三名个人卖方订立买卖协议，以收购香港内视镜检验及治疗中心有限公司全部已发行股本的58%，该公司以“香港内视镜中心”为名称经营(收购事项)。收购事项完成后，香港内视镜中心将成为公司的附属公司，预计收购事项将于2025年10月或前后完成。
香港内视镜中心成立于2016年，位于中国香港旺角雅兰中心，设有三间内视镜检查室。所提供的专科医疗服务主要包括胃镜、大肠镜及膀胱镜检查。
为满足市场对优质医疗服务的需求，集团一直致力开拓潜在商机。香港内视镜中心总部设于中国香港，已有九年营运历史，是一间在中国香港具有良好声誉的内视镜中心。董事认为，香港内视镜中心在管理、优质医疗服务及财务表现方面均具备优势，此举将扩大公司在中国香港的医疗服务，使公司能够利用现有患者基础，与集团的中国香港业务及深圳跨境业务产生协同效应。董事认为收购事项符合公司及其股东的整体利益。
