智通财经APP讯，维升药业-B(02561)发布截至2025年6月30日止六个月中期业绩，期内取得其他收入530.1万元(人民币，下同);研究及开发成本4662.1万元，同比增加19.8%。
公告称，于中期内，集团正在就隆培生长激素(lonapegsomatropin)的商业化生产，与药明生物(即集团于中国指定的本地CDMO)展开合作。于2023年7月，集团与Ascendis Pharma订立了核心产品的技术转移总计划，标志着Ascendis Pharma开始向集团进行有关核心产品生产的技术转移。于2023年12月，集团与药明生物订立了合作协议，据此，药明生物将作为技术转移的本地CDMO 进行工艺开发和验证，实现生产技术的本地化。截至2025年6月，已完成关键试剂及中间体的技术转移小试研发，集团的目标是在2025年年末或之前完成核心产品原液的技术转移小试研发，全部技术转移及本地化预计将于2027 年完成，届时将赋予集团与药明生物合作生产核心产品药物原液的技术能力。
