　　彭博引述消息人士报道，曾两大在香港递交上市申请的手术机械人公司深圳市精锋医疗科技股份有限公司Shenzhen Edge Medical Co．， Ltd．（简称“精锋医疗”），传已秘密申请在香港上市，希望最早在今年上市，计划募资约1.5亿至2亿美元。据悉，精锋医疗已委任广发证券、摩根士丹利负责是次IPO事宜，IPO规模及时间等细节仍有待确定。

　　精锋医疗，来自深圳，成立于2017年，作为一家中国自主研发的手术机器人公司，致力于设计、开发、制造和商业化手术机器人，是中国首家、全球第二家多孔、单孔和支气管镜手术机器人均已获批上市的公司。目前已独立掌握手术机器人所涉及的所有核心技术，形成了手术机器人六大平台型技术体系，建立了包括多孔腔镜手术机器人、单孔腔镜手术机器人、支气管镜手术机器人及传统微创手术器械等丰富而完整的产品组合。

　　精锋医疗，曾于2022年4月19日、2023年1月11日先后两次在港交所递交上市申请，当时的IPO保荐人为摩根士丹利、中金公司、花旗。
