Engineering equipment company ATV Projects India (BOM:500028), has entered into a memorandum of understanding with Shri Vrinda Infracon to develop an unutilized land in Mathura, India, according to a BSE filing on Thursday.
The two parties have signed a term sheet for the project, and the development agreement will be executed at a later date.
