Thomson Medical (SGX:A50) launched a waterfront project in Johor-Singapore Special Economic Zone, according to an after-market filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday.
The integrated project houses healthcare, luxury residences and hospitality and commercial assets across 26 acres.
The project has a gross development value of 18 billion ringgit, with the first phase expected to generate more than 1,2000 jobs.
