智通财经APP讯，文业集团(01802)发布公告，集团预期收益将由截至2024年6月30日止六个月约人民币1350万元减少至2025年上半年不低于约人民币400万元，且与2024年上半年的亏损约人民币2170万元相比，2025年上半年将转亏为盈。公司于2025年上半年的纯利预期不低于约人民币8亿元，而公司的负债净额亦预期将由截至2024年12月31日约人民币9.30亿元大幅减少至2025年上半年不超过约人民币7000万元。
公告称，(i)收入减少-(a)宏观经济状况及中国房地产市场复苏缓慢，而集团的装饰业务与房地产市场密切相关;及(b)深圳文业装饰设计工程有限公司(文业装饰)的债务及诉讼以及银行账户冻结导致集团难以获得新合同及经营建筑装饰及设计业务。
(ii)扭亏为盈—诚如公司于2025年6月12日所公告，作为公司前附属公司Sosang (HK) Holdings Limited清盘的一事,出售持有文业装饰权益的公司导致集团的其他收入大幅增加;及
(iii)净负债大幅减少—出售文业装饰后其负债从集团剥离。文业装饰承担集团大部分负债,而公司为文业装饰约人民币4168万元的贷款提供担保。
