消息面上，浪潮数字企业拟于8月31日举行董事会会议以审批中期业绩。公司此前发布公告称，预期公司于2025年上半年将取得归属于母公司所有者的净利润约1.8亿至1.9亿人民币，主要原因为公司持续推进云服务业务转型，云服务业务大幅增长并取得盈利。
广发证券发布研报称，行业信创有望促使大型国企央企制定明确的国产ERP替代时间表并更积极推动实施。该行指出，浪潮数字企业是唯一承担三部委智能ERP国家科技项目的厂商，多次承担部级及以上重点研发计划、科研项目。在落地实践方面，浪潮通软已为86户央企，190家中国500强，共120万家客户提供数字化转型服务。此外，AI+ERP可以实现企业管理效率、准确度和响应速度的全面提升，有望带来企业的业务流程与管理范式升级。
