长实(01113.HK) 旗下观塘安达臣首置盘上盖工程被发现钢筋数量不符图则要求，屋宇署就工程部分结构的钢筋未有依照《建筑物条例》(第123章)标准安装，提出合共205项检控。长实回应指，集团理解屋宇署对事件之处理，并将全力支持及配合有关程序。
屋宇署表示，经征询律政司意见后，将向与该等工程直接有关的原先及目前负责的注册一般建筑承建商、原先和目前负责的注册一般建筑承建商的获授权签署人，以及与该工程直接有关的四名适任技术人员提出共204项检控，合共涉及2间公司和6名个别人士，另外亦向当中一名适任技术人员提出一项检控。
屋宇署称，六幢大楼的整体结构没有明显危险，正与项目的注册结构工程师紧密跟进事故报告及所需的补救措施，包括为建筑物进行局部加固、有需要时拆卸部分结构，并重新配置钢筋及浇注混凝土。(mn/u)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2025-08-22 16:25。)
