智通财经APP讯，信邦控股(01571)公布2025年中期业绩，收入约15.57亿元，同比减少5.42%;母公司拥有人应占溢利约2.42亿元，同比减少24.97%;基本盈利24.1分，中期股息每股20港仙。
公告称，溢利减少主要由于以下因素的综合影响： 由于全球汽车行业正面临波动的贸易环境(尤其受美国贸易关税影响)，2025年上半年集团收入较2024年上半年减少约5.4%;信邦取得毛利下降，由2024年上半年约人民币6.15亿元降至2025年上半年约人民币4.86亿元，2025年毛利率受到员工成本增加、物流费用支出及经营效率一定程度下降的影响; 由于2025年上半年取得汇兑收益，其他收入及收益有所增加;及2025年上半年并未产生中国分红预扣税，导致 2025年上半年实际税率较2024 年上半年有所下降。2024年上半年，集团一间中国全资附属公司向其股东派付股息，因此支付人民币2000万元分红预扣税，而2025年同期并无作出该等股息派付。
