中升控股午间公布，截至2025年6月30日止六个月，母公司拥有人应占溢利10.11亿元，同比减少35.97%；每股基本盈利0.427元。不派中期股息。
期内，集团收入总额773.22亿元，同比减少6.19%，毛利总额42.09亿元，同比减少14.55%。其中新车销售的收入579.31亿元，同比减少4.7%，主要由于当期新车销量下滑及新车平均销售价格下降；二手车销售收入为60.15亿元，同比减少27%。
