Activation Group Holdings (HKG:9919) reported a profit attributable to owners of 32.03 million yuan for the first half of 2025, up from 26.86 million yuan a year earlier, according to a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing.
Earnings per share came in at 0.0431 yuan, compared with 0.0361 yuan in the prior-year period.
Revenue slipped to 311.66 million yuan from 316.36 million yuan.
The board declared an interim dividend of HK$0.023 per share, payable on or about Sept. 19 to shareholders on record as of Sept. 11.
