智通财经APP讯，华控康泰(01312)发布截至2025年6月30日止6个月中期业绩，该集团取得收入4.53亿港元，同比减少1.3%;公司股东应占亏损2.82亿港元，去年同期则取得溢利474.5万港元;每股基本亏损5.06港仙。
公告称，本集团录得净亏损额大幅增加，主要因为本集团健身业务的特许经营业务表现出现一系列变化，由于经济前景不明朗、竞争加剧等因素导致业务复苏速度较预期缓慢，并且本集团于中国台湾地区经营特许经营业务的联营公司出现经营困难及资金紧绌，导致本集团录得预期信贷亏损模式下金融资产减值亏损约1.59亿港元(2024年：约2550万港元);无形资产的减值亏损约1.24亿港元(2024年：约1360万港元);及健身业务分部商誉减值亏损约8840万港元(2024年：无)。
