消息面上，诺科达科技发布公告，于2025年8月12日，集团附属公司诺科达智驾有限公司(诺科达智驾)与马来西亚Mach 1 AI Robotics & Automation SDN BHD.(下称“Mach 1 Group”)签署战略合作备忘录，双方将在人工智能(AI)机器人领域展开合作，并计划于马来西亚及东南亚市场推动相关技术的应用及落地。本次合作标志集团进一步加快全球化战略实施步伐，本地及全球市场双轮驱动，有效提升集团整体竞争力。
根据合作备忘录，诺科达智驾与Mach 1 Group将在马来西亚市场共同推动基于AI RaaS综合解决方案的政府及商业合作，促进区域生态链建设，并积极拓展包含机场、医院、酒店在内的多场景应用。双方计划在AI机器人的产品、服务和综合解决方案方面深化协作，建立深度的合作伙伴关系，实现双赢。
