智通财经APP讯，惠陶集团(08238)发布公告，熊远健先生因有意减轻工作量以投入更多时间于其他个人事务，已辞任执行董事、董事会主席以及根据GEM上市规则第5.24条的公司授权代表，自2025年8月27日起生效。
刘丽女士已获委任为执行董事、董事会主席及授权代表，自2025年8月27日起生效。
继熊先生辞任执行董事后，彼亦不再担任根据当时GEM上市规则第5.19条(已于2024年1月1日删除)的公司监察主任。继GEM上市规则修订本于2024年1月1日生效后，公司毋须再根据GEM上市规则委任监察主任。因此，董事会已决议继熊先生于2025年8月27日辞任后取消监察主任职位。
