新地(00016.HK) 旗下的启德天玺-天第2期，共涉584伙，预计9月中旬先推出四房户招标。新地代理总经理胡致远指出，天玺-天第2期属于该发展项目的第1座及第2座，分成三大区域，分别为Elite Zone、Sky Tower及Summit Tower，首阶段先推出四房户招标，包括第1座高层A室及B室。他补充，天玺．天第1期四房户呎价最高达4.5万元，第2期有望挑战新高。
