智通财经APP获悉，中环新能源(01735)早盘涨超7%，截至发稿，涨3.41%，报9.05港元，成交额1937.64万港元。

消息面上，中环新能源发布公告，于2025年8月25日，EGN LTD(EGN)与公司订立一份谅解备忘录，据此，谅解备忘录的各订约方(拟在阿曼投资光伏电站项目，并在当地建立光伏组件产能。合作将基于平等互利、产业协同及协调发展的原则，致力建立长期稳定的战略合作伙伴关系，以实现共同成长及共享成功。

依据战略合作协议，EGN LTD将主导在阿曼开发以绿色能源为基础、融合数据中心(包括但不限于AI数据中心)的源网荷储一体化项目。中环新能源将提供光伏电站投资建设运营，综合能源管理等服务。同时，双方将在后续资源及产品协同、技术研发与产业本地化、深化区域合作等方面展开合作，携手打造合作产业生态，推动上下游产业集群发展。

此次合作，被视为中环新能源在董事长余竹云的带领下，以“双碳目标”为引领，响应“一带一路”倡议、加速绿色能源技术出海的重要举措。该公司近期已与Sama科技、霍尼韦尔UOP及ONYX集团等多家海外企业接连达成合作，其国际化战略获市场关注。据悉，全球资管巨头贝莱德(BlackRock)、亚洲最大金融银行之一星展银行等均对其发展前景持乐观态度。
