集团透过收购两间建筑公司实现收益增长，扩大了项目储备及客户基础，项目组合更为多元化。于项目团队的努力之下，集团的商业及工业项目有所增加。该等商业及工业项目为集团带来更稳定的利润来源。截至2025年6月30日止六个月，收益主要来自以下项目：位于坚尼地城的私人住宅项目、一间大型运输机构的项目、两个位于屯门的私人住宅项目及一个位于葵涌的工业中心项目。
