作为集团的核心业务，HKTVmall持续为集团带来稳定的收入。集团致力以便捷的服务提升客户的购物体验，所提供的“八小时极速配送服务”，每日下午一时前下单，最快即晚送到。集团亦正探讨在物流安排上再进一步缩短送货时间的可行性。此外，HKTVmall现时与超过6400间商户及供应商合作，为客户提供各类产品的广泛价格选择。集团希望，香港的零售业更加能够迎合新零售的趋势，因此HKTVmall将会举办更多不同类型的工作坊，提升零售商的数码营运及销售能力。此外，集团将继续积极发展第三方物流服务及ThePlace独立网店方案，为零售商全力发展电子商贸提供坚实的技术及营运支援。
