截至2025年6月30日止6个月，集团商业地产投资及物业管理业务一如以往持续为集团贡献稳定利润;集团经营及投资活动产生的现金流为正，负债规模按计划逐步压降的同时，债务结构持续优化，集团现时手上概无任何未偿还境外票据。面向未来，集团秉持迎难而上的精神，积极回应产业格局的持续演进，紧密配合国家政策导向，持续奉行审慎稳健基调，深化多元经营策略，聚焦企业核心能力提升，在严守财务安全的前提下强化盈利韧性。面对市场对资产运营效率的更高要求，集团将着力优化全域布局、厚植品牌资产、进一步提升市场认同。
