智通财经APP获悉，Paramount Group(PGRE.US)周三股价一度上涨5%，最终收涨3.7%。此前有报道称，在第二轮销售流程中，有多家竞标者向该房地产投资信托基金提出了报价。
据报道，沃那多房信(VNO.US)、SL Green Realty(SLG.US)、Empire State Realty Trust(ESRT.US)、黑石(BX.US)、DivcoWest以及总部位于迪拜的Rithm Capital(RITM.US)等公司均在竞购Paramount Group。
Paramount Group于5月表示，将启动一项关于战略选择的审查工作，以实现股东价值最大化。
据了解，Paramount Group Inc 是一家房地产投资信托公司，致力于在纽约市和旧金山的中央商务区(CBD)子市场拥有、经营、管理、收购和再开发高品质的甲级写字楼物业。
今年以来，Paramount Group股价累计上涨40%。
