据介绍，Hemi 技术栈的核心是 Hemi 虚拟机（hVM），据称是一个完整的比特币节点嵌入在以太坊虚拟机中。团队表示，hVM 包含一套跨链“Tunnels”以及联合创始人 Maxwell Sanchez 提出的 proof-of-proof 共识设计。该架构旨在使应用能够在比特币上进行资产赚取、借贷和组合，同时利用 EVM 生态系统的流动性和工具。
