智通财经APP讯，佳兆业美好(02168)公布2025年中期业绩，收益约8.22亿元，同比减少约8.5%;毛利约2.04亿元，同比减少约20.2%;公司拥有人应占溢利4782.1万元，同比增长7.84%;每股盈利0.31元。
其中，物业管理服务总收益约为6.95亿元，同比减少约1.8%。该减少主要由于公司策略性地退出业绩不佳的项目，导致在管面积相应减少。
业主增值服务总收入约为8030万元，同比减少约5.3%。该减少主要由于居民消费低迷、行业竞争加剧的市场环境。非业主增值服务收益同比减少约55.6%至4700万元。
公告称，业绩改善乃主要源于期内来自关连方的应收贸易账款亏损准备拨备及行政开支较2024年同期有所减少。
于2025年6月30日，该集团物业管理服务已覆盖中国20个省份、直辖市及自治区的77个城市，总在管建筑面积达9990万平方米，总在管物业数目为707个，当中包括334个住宅社区及373项非住宅物业，物业种类多元化，并旨在加快发展公共城市服务，转型为全域管理服务提供商。
