智通财经APP讯，同源康医药-B(02410)发布公告，四川汇宇制药股份有限公司(四川汇宇)已于2025年8月26日刊发公告，内容有关其董事会批准四川汇辰昕药业有限公司(四川汇辰昕)(四川汇宇的全资附属公司)与本公司就TY-9591(本公司的核心产品)订立潜在总代理协议(潜在总代理安排)。根据潜在总代理安排，本公司可同意委任四川汇辰昕为TY-9591在中国(不包括香港、澳门、台湾及任何其他海外地区)的独家总代理商，初始里程碑付款金额最高可达人民币1.5亿元。
本集团即将进入TY-9591的商业化阶段，倘潜在总代理安排落实，本集团将可借助四川汇辰昕及四川汇宇既有的广泛销售及代理网络。四川汇宇为一家具备完整产业链的成熟制药企业，于中国药品代理及销售方面经验丰富。因此，本公司认为，该安排将有助提升TY-9591的销售及收入，加快市场渗透，减少本集团建立新销售渠道的成本，并透过与知名药企合作巩固本集团品牌形象。
