智通财经APP讯，星盛商业(06668)公布2025年中期业绩，收入约为2.84亿元，整体毛利率约为52.3%，同比上升约0.7个百分点。公司拥有人应占利润约为8690万元，每股盈利8.58分，中期股息每股普通股5.0港仙。
其中，来自整租服务的收入约为6410万元，同比增长约5.7%，占集团总收入约22.6%。来自整租服务的收入增加主要由于近年来开业的整租项目经营收入稳步提升，导致经营收入增加。
截至2025年 6月30日，该集团向52个商用物业项目提供服务，覆盖中国21个城市，总合约建筑面积约265万平方米(不含8个咨询服务项目建筑面积)，当中约45.8%由独立第三方开发或拥有。其中，有27个已开业零售商业物业，总已开业建筑面积约为165万平方米。
