本集团的经营业绩主要受产品平均售价及平均采购价的变动推动，而产品销量主要由产能决定。本集团2025年上半年度的业务保持平稳，各主要产品的产能使用率大致保持，而本集团的产品销售亦基本上达致一贯的满销。于2025年上半年度，本集团加氢苯基化学品的产能为每年约40万吨，LNG生产设施的产能为每年约7.2万吨，而氢气则是每年约317.0百万立方米(包括合营公司金江炼化的产能)。
