Railway Transportation Technology Holdings Company Limited has announced its unaudited condensed consolidated results for the six months ended 30 June 2025. The Group reported a revenue of HK$565.9 million, marking a 20.7% increase from HK$469.0 million in the same period last year. The gross profit for the period was HK$206.5 million, up from HK$189.7 million in 2024. The Group's profit attributable to equity shareholders rose significantly to approximately HK$24.9 million, reflecting a 158.2% increase compared to the same period last year. This notable growth in profit is attributed to the Group's strategic integration and expansion efforts. During this period, the Group restructured its internal operations by integrating BII Transit Systems (HK) Co., Ltd with its international business and intelligent infrastructure segments to form the "Innovative Development Business segment." Furthermore, the "Data and Integration Services Business segment" was renamed to "Digital-Intelligence Urban Rail Services Business segment" to emphasize the application of big data and AI technologies in the rail transit industry. Revenue disaggregation shows HK$251.8 million from intelligent passenger information services, HK$176.7 million from digital-intelligence urban rail services, and HK$137.4 million from innovation development. Geographically, Mainland China contributed HK$547.8 million, Hong Kong HK$10.7 million, and overseas markets HK$7.3 million to the total revenue.
