World Houseware (Holdings) Ltd. has announced its unaudited consolidated interim results for the six months ending June 30, 2025. The Group reported a consolidated turnover of HK$116.135 million, marking a 27.1% decrease from the HK$159.263 million recorded in the same period in 2024. In the household products segment, turnover was HK$12.085 million, a 67.8% decline from HK$37.494 million the previous year, with a segment loss of HK$17.104 million. The PVC pipes and fittings segment saw a turnover of HK$103.373 million, down 14.1% from HK$120.407 million in 2024, recording a segment loss of HK$15.614 million. The investment properties segment reported a fair value loss of HK$58.872 million. The Group's Pingshan Good Time Urban Renewal Project in Shenzhen has completed the handover of residential properties, with commercial property construction and decoration expected to be completed by the end of the year.
