智通财经APP讯，金涌投资(01328)发布截至2025年6月30日止6个月的中期业绩，该集团取得收益4527.8万港元，同比增加2.25%;公司拥有人应占利润2934.1万港元，同比减少38.48%;每股基本盈利11.43港仙。
公告称，利润减少乃主要归因于截至2024年6月30日止6个月并无来自一间同系附属公司的一次性贷款利息收入约1740.6万港元(因相关贷款已于2024年11月全数清偿)，加上来自SDI分部项下的直接投资按公允价值计入损益的金融资产及负债的公允价值利得净额增加;SDI分部项下的策略投资按公允价值计计入损益的金融资产及负债的公允价值利得净额减少;咨询费收益增加;及开支总额增加的净影响。
