智通财经APP讯，智云健康(09955)发布截至2025年6月30日止六个月中期业绩公告，收入8.93亿元(人民币，下同);毛利3.31亿元;研发开支2637.5万元。
公告称，医院在中国医疗保健价值链中占据极为重要地位，具有极高的进入壁垒。截至2025年6月30日，集团已在2,774家医院安装了慢病管理SaaS，占百强医院的 40%，三级医院的渗透率超过20%。集团的医院SaaS通过自动化及规范电子健康档案、处方、检测结果及其他医疗数据，令医院能够规范及优化诊断程序、提高治疗效率以及减少医疗差错。
在药店方面，截至2025年6月30日，集团已在269,360家药房安装了药店SaaS，渗透率占中国药店总数的约40%。数年来，集团通过互联网医院累计开出超过10 亿张处方。集团的药店SaaS让每位客户，尤其是慢病患者，步入药店后可以立即使用互联网医院，并获得在线诊断及处方，以便其可以在药店购买处方药。
值得注意的是，于本年度上半年，集团首次实现自2022年6月首次公开发售以来的经营活动现金流入净额2870万元，而2024年同期为经营活动现金流出净额人民币1.96亿元，这充分表明转型势在必行。短期，转型将着重于 P2M战略，以实现稳健的现金流及盈利能力;中长期而言，转型将以数据资产变现为目标;及从长远来看，集团相信转型将引领集团通过医疗数据共享，将医院、药店、制药公司、患者和支付者连接起来，实现个人慢病管理闭环。
