原油在连续四个交易日上涨后周二回落，投资者在等待更明确的供应信号，同时也在关注美国总统特朗普试图将一名美联储理事免职所引发的更广泛市场冲击。

　　WTI原油下跌2.4%，为8月初以来的最大跌幅，收于接近每桶63美元，仍处于本月大部分时间所在的62至65美元区间内。周二原油下跌反映出特朗普试图将美联储理事库克免职所引发的更广泛的金融市场对风险资产的谨慎态度。

　　美国国土安全部周一发布通知概述了对印度产品征收50%关税的计划，以惩罚印度从俄罗斯购买原油。该措施从周三开始生效，被视为特朗普为在俄乌之间斡旋和平所做更广泛努力的一部分。不过，鉴于特朗普过去多次在贸易威胁上反复，许多投资者对关税上调真正生效的可能性持怀疑态度。

　　特朗普在周二的内阁会议上对油价跌至接近每桶60美元表示赞赏，补充说价格会很快跌破这个水平，但没有说明什么因素会驱动这一跌势。

　　随着美国劳工节长周末临近，交易活动有所放缓，加剧了市场走势的波动。

　　纽约市场10月WTI原油期货下跌2.4%，收于每桶63.25美元。

　　10月布伦特原油下跌2.3%，至每桶67.22美元。
