净利润同比大幅上升，乃主要由于以下因素：本集团珠宝新零售业务分部(由珠峰黄金集团有限公司(珠峰黄金集团)经营)于2025年上半年的黄金产品销售额较2024年上半年大幅增加约1058.7%。配合2025年上半年黄金价格的显著上升，及本集团2025年上半年销售的黄金产品大部分为库存产品，其采购及/或加工成本较低，黄金产品销售的毛利率大幅增长，令珠宝新零售业务的毛利较2024年上半年大幅增加，并因此集团于2025年上半年的整体毛利相较2024年上半年取得显著提升约103.0%;及如日期为2024年11月5日及2025年1月15日的公告披露，本集团于2025年1月13日完成了本集团生鲜食品零售业务分部(原由珠峰黄金集团经营)的出售，相关出售事项为本集团取得约1150万元(经分配相关收益予非控股权益)的收益。
