在越秀地产今日举行的2025年中期业绩会上,关于现房销售,越秀地产董事长林昭远表示,在房地产发展新模式下,行业最终会走向现房销售模式,但还需要一定时间,目前会以试点的形式进行。其认为,现房销售可能会降低开发商买地意愿,或阶段性对土地出让产生一定影响。“目前,期房销售有一套完整的政策体系去支撑,要实现现房销售也需要很多配套措施,如金融及开发贷政策等。”
