智通财经APP讯，直通电讯(08337)发布公告，于2025年8月26日(交易时段后)，买方中港通电讯有限公司(公司间接全资附属公司)与卖方恒意国际有限公司订立设备购买协议，据此，买方同意购买，而卖方同意出售电讯设备及服务，总代价约为589万港元，以经营集团于电讯业务分部的主要业务。
电讯设备及服务包括(i)GSP(通用讯号平台)、HSS (与IMS相容的家用服务器)、GTP路由器、PGW (PDN网关);及(ii)配置、适配、连接现有系统、培训及指定期间的技术支援。
设备购买协议可以更换部分过时的核心网络设备，以满足新产品功能及容量不断增长的需求。这将加强集团流动通讯网络的营运效率、可靠性及可扩展性。此外，升级后的设备及服务将确保与现有网络更好地融合并提高整体服务质量，符合集团的长远业务发展及在通讯行业的竞争力。
