T-Mobile US Inc. has announced changes to its senior leadership team. André Almeida has been appointed as President of Growth and Emerging Businesses, effective September 1, 2025. He will oversee the company's broadband, T-Ads, financial services, enterprise, and government sectors. Almeida will resign from the Board of Directors on August 31, 2025. Additionally, John Saw has been named President of Technology, succeeding Ulf Ewaldsson. Saw will manage all aspects of T-Mobile's network team. Callie Field, President of the Business Group, will step down from her role on September 30, 2025, and transition to a strategic advisor position until March 31, 2026.
