智通财经APP讯，明源云(00909)公布2025年中期业绩，收入约6.06亿元，同比减少15.9%;毛利润约4.86亿元，同比减少15.9%;期内利润1374.8万元，同比扭亏为盈;经调整净利润3311.9万元，同比扭亏为盈。
其中，云服务业务收入为约5.25亿元，同比下降14.3%，占整体收入86.6%(2024年同期：85.0%)。云服务下降主要是受到宏观市场环境变化以及历史签约下滑导致的递延收入影响，综合导致云服务整体收入下降。本地化部署软件及服务业务收入为8110万元，同比下降24.8%。来自存量客户的产品支持服务及专项增值服务收入保持稳定。然而，由于住宅市场新增客户数量有限，以及新增产品许可证销售和交付合同签约同比下滑，导致本地化部署软件及服务收入整体下滑。
在增长方面，虽收入规模仍有下降，但收入结构已有所改善，AI及海外产品已对收入产生一定贡献。展望全年，中国住宅市场正朝着止跌回稳的方向迈进，公司将在保证业务盈利的基础上，持续加码AI领域创新，拓展潜力巨大的海外市场，推动公司业务实现新一轮的持续增长与规模化盈利。
