报告期内，集团较上年同期转亏为盈，主要因为(i)集团坚定贯彻云服务业务优先、订阅优先的长期策略，收入及毛利持续保持增长;(ii)集团坚持实施效益化经营，研发成本、销售及分销开支以及管理费用占收入比重较上年同期均有所下降;(iii)本期按公平值计入损益的非上市股本投资取得公平值收益人民币794万元，而上年同期则取得公平值亏损人民币982万元。
