BlockBeats 消息，8 月 26 日，Orderly 社区发起新提案，其计划将最高 60% 协议净费用用于定期回购 ORDER 代币，并同步优化质押和 VALOR 机制。
根据提案，回购将按前两周收入通过 TWAP 执行，购得的 ORDER 一半分配给质押者（以 3 个月线性释放的 esORDER 形式发放），另一半进入社区治理钱包，用途（销毁、流动性、激励等）将通过单独治理投票决定。
该方案还包括停止 USDC 质押奖励，质押者可直接领取现有 USDC 库存；VALOR 将与 esORDER 奖励挂钩，现有持有者按比例无缝过渡至新系统。投票期为 7 天，法定人数为总投票权的 30%，仅提案提交前质押的 ORDER 可参与投票。
