国务院台办27日上午举行例行新闻发布会，发言人朱凤莲回答记者提问。
有记者问，据报道，台湾网红“馆长”之前在澳门交流时表示他没法开通抖音、B站账号，但他在8月22日在“抖音”实名认证了账号。请问对此有何评论？台胞在抖音和B站注册账号需要哪些条件？
朱凤莲说，抖音、哔哩哔哩等网络社交平台对包括台胞在内的网民申请开设账号，均有明确规定。台胞只要依规申请，经审核通过后均可开通账号，和大陆网友分享信息。我们欢迎广大台湾同胞共享大陆互联网发展机遇，乐见两岸网友在符合大陆法律法规和相关网络社交平台规则的基础上，增进相互了解，互学互鉴，互相关注点赞，增进情谊和福祉。
