8月27日金融一线消息，国家金融监督管理总局浙江监管局发布批复，同意浙江省国际贸易集团有限公司受让福信集团有限公司持有的杭州联合银行12934.34万股股份，受让创举时代（厦门）医院投资有限公司持有的该行279.27万股股份。受让后，浙江省国际贸易集团有限公司合计持有杭州联合银行13213.61万股股份，持股比例为6.06%。同意浙江东方金融控股集团股份有限公司受让创举时代（厦门）医院投资有限公司持有的杭州联合银行1519.78万股股份。受让后，浙江东方金融控股集团股份有限公司合计持有该行8591.02万股股份，持股比例为3.94%。
