特殊目的收购公司(SPAC)TechStar Acquisition(07855)去年宣布与经营激光雷达商图达通的先导智能订立业务合并协议，计划进行殊目的收购公司并购(De-SPAC)交易，完成后Seyond Holdings将作为继承公司于联交所上市。先导智能于今年2月提交的新上市申请已于日前失效，并于昨日重新向港交所提交新上市申请。
财务方面，于2022-2024年及2025年截至4月30日止四个月，先导智能收入分别为138.36亿元、164.83亿元、117.73亿元及35.99亿元人民币；年内/期内净溢利分别为23.18亿元、17.71亿元、2.68亿元及4亿元人民币。
蔚来作为其主要客户及股东，于今年首季贡献收入85.6%。
