智通财经APP讯，时代中国控股(01233)公布，该集团预期于2025年上半年取得公司拥有人应占净亏损约人民币33亿元至36亿元(2024年上半年公司拥有人应占净亏损约人民币30.2亿元)。
公告称，亏损主要是由于：(1)房地产行业市道疲弱，导致当期结转的项目收入及毛利率下降; (2) 利息资本化率下降，导致当期财务成本上升;及(3) 物业项目资产减值增加。
