智通财经APP获悉，凯雷(CG.US)已同意以高达2亿美元的价格收购景顺(IVZ.US)支持的软件开发商Intelliflo。根据声明，此次收购总价由两部分构成：交易完成时支付的1.35亿美元，以及未来潜在的、最高6500万美元的或有业绩付款。
声明显示，总部位于伦敦的Intelliflo公司成立于2004年，其财务规划与管理软件平台已被约2600家咨询公司的3万余名专业人士采用。
两家公司在声明中表示，作为交易的一部分，Intelliflo的美国子公司将更名为RedBlack成为独立运营实体，并由专门的管理团队负责运营。
据了解，景顺于2018年从Hg手中收购了Intelliflo，具体交易金额未披露。
