智通财经APP讯，复星国际(00656)发布截至2025年6月30日止六个月中期业绩，总收入872.83亿元(人民币，下同);股东应占溢利6.61亿元;每股基本盈利0.08元。
公告称，报告期内，得益于扎实的全球资产布局，集团海外业务收入持续提升，达到466.7亿元，占集团总收入53%，海外收入占比较2024年同期提升6.6个百分点。
集团长期不懈加强科创投入，特别是不断加强医疗领域的研发，报告期内整体科创投入达到36亿元，与此同时，2025年上半年集团健康业务板块港股上市公司市值表现亮眼，带动底层资产价值重估。
2025年上半年，国际金价高位震荡，黄金珠宝消费呈现结构性分化趋势，在此背景下，豫园股份收入同比下滑30.68%;此外，出售非核心业务致使部分附属公司不纳入报表合并范围，使得报告期内集团并表收入相应减少，然而以复星葡萄牙保险为主的保险业务在报告期内收入增长强劲，带动富足业务板块收入同比增长3.3%。
综合来看，报告期内集团收入达到872.8亿元。其中集团前四大附属公司(按收入规模排序)：复星医药、豫园股份、复星葡萄牙保险和复星旅文，总收入达到636.1亿元，占集团总收入的比重达73%，集团资产底盘维持稳健。报告期内，受益于复星医药及复星葡萄牙保险归母净利润增长的带动,部分抵销了快乐业务板块相关产业运营利润的下降，报告期内，集团产业运营利润达到31.5亿元，同比下滑9.3%。
